Supplemental Health Care is seeking LPNs in Rutland, Vermont for a contract assignment at a partnering Skilled Nursing Facility. LPN Contract Details

• $1,480 - $1,629 per week
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Skilled Nursing Facility
• Both day and night shifts are available
• LPN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Requirements:

• Current Vermont LPN license
• 2 years previous nursing experience
• American Heart Association BLS certification
