Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnership and Sales Manager to lead our efforts in forging strategic partnerships and driving sales growth for our shoppable video product.
As the Partnership and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue through direct sales efforts.
Responsibilities : Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to identify, engage, and onboard strategic partners including content creators, influencers, brands, agencies, and technology platforms.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing partners, serving as the main point of contact and providing ongoing support to drive mutual success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to develop partnership initiatives, marketing campaigns, and co-branded content to drive awareness and adoption of our shoppable video platform.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our shoppable video solution to prospective clients.
Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing, and terms with partners to drive revenue growth and expand our market reach.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, accurately forecast sales projections, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and product development efforts.
Provide regular reporting and insights on partnership performance, sales metrics, and market trends to senior leadership.
Qualifications : Proven track record of success in partnership development and B2B sales, preferably in the digital media, advertising, or technology industry.
Strong understanding of video content marketing, e-commerce, and digital advertising landscape.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners and clients.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive results.Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
