Primary responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, communicating with clients, managing mail and deliveries, maintaining a clean lobby, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Part-time positions available - 20+ hours a week
Responsibilities:
Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
Schedule training, daycare, and boarding services
Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying
Maintain in-house inventory
Payroll data entry
Social media development
General cleaning and housekeeping
Follow the correct sign-in procedures for visitors to keep our building secure
Qualifications:
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
