**Warehouse Sauce Prep Associate, Starting at $17.50/Hour**
at Sunbasket Westampton, New Jersey * 1st Shift Pay: Starting at 17.50/hr based on experience.
* 1st Shift Schedule: Tues-Sat, 6am-2:30pm or Sun-Thurs, 6am-2:30pm.
* 2nd Shift Pay: Starting at 18.50/hr based on experience.
* 2nd Shift Schedule: Tues-Sat, 3pm-11:30pm.
* Approximately 40 hours a week.
* Some overtime may be required.
* **Weekend work is required.**
* Ability to consistently execute tasks according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) for the production center as trained.
* Ability to perform basic food safety practices in the production center with a high degree of attention to detail and internal customer service.
* Ability to follow First Expired First Out (FEFO) and First In First Out (FIFO) system.
* Ability to perform and understand basic units of measure, conversions and expiration and lot dates (example: how to read and understand lot tags, unit of measures, and understanding where to find expiration and lot dates).
* Ensures compliance with good manufacturing procedures relating to time, temperature, documentation and following all proper food handling and food safety protocols with a high level of quality.
* Adhere proper sanitation as it relates to kitchen and equipment cleanliness, organization, allergen controls, and elimination of any potential cross contamination.
* Ability to demonstrate accurate and safe use of basic warehouse equipment including but not limited giraffe mixer, robot coupe stick blender and high speed labeler.
* Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
* Must perform all duties safely at all times and immediately report any unsafe or hazardous conditions immediately to a supervisor, manager or Human Resources.
* Must comply with all PPE requirements (Personal Protective Equipment).
* Must complete all assigned training on time.
* Must follow workplace safety, food safety, and production quality standards.
* Perform other duties as assigned or required.

The Sauce Team Member assists in the assembly and preparation of a variety of sauces for cooked meals, appetizers and other dishes. The Sauce Team Member is responsible for all food production and sanitation during daily operations.This position is expected to follow all good manufacturing practices (GMP), food handling procedures, quality control and other safety procedures and policies.

* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
* 2-3 years experience with food handling; understanding the basics of food handling and food safety preferred.
* Ability to work in a fast paced, organized team environment with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Must have a passion for delicious healthy foods with high standards of quality and food safety.
* Ability to add, subtract, understand units of measurement and read and fully understand English manuals.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment (10- 40) for 8 or more hours and in some instances, in a dark environment.
