Job Description:
Key Account Managers are responsible for acquiring new customers, increasing bank’s liability base, servicing walk-in-customers and covering all the needs of the mapped clientsResponsibilitiesTo acquire new clients through leads and family accounts groupingTo grow the liability base (CASAFD) of the bank by deepening relationships of mapped customer baseTo sell bank and third party products like LI, GI, Home Loans, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans etc.
To service clients covering all their banking needs including bank / 3rd party productsTo meet / call mapped clients for client servicing needs and new products cross sellTo actively participate in driving campaigns conducted across liability and other productsTo conform to processes of the bank and have a high focus on complianceQualificationsGraduate / Post Graduate, preferred exposure to financial subjects2 years of relevant work experience in the banking / financial services / insurance organisations1 year relevant experience in the financial sectorAdditional requirements : Valid AMFI / IRDA Certifications Candidate with experience working in an sales based incentive role, will be preferredDesired Behavioural / Functional TraitsKnowledge of Banking products and processesStrong Relationship Management skills.
Candidates with existing set of customers are preferred)Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilitiesEffective communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to change in a fast growing franchiseAbility to maintain / attract long lasting client relationships.
