**Online Store Manager**
Houston, Cincinnati or New York / Analytics & Research eCommerce / Full Time MMI is looking to add an Online Store Manager (eStore Manager) to our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, can operate autonomously and can problem solve while keeping sight on the details of duties. The e-Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the ecommerce store(s), ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. This includes but is not limited to storefront maintenance, product creation, order processing, vendor management, customer service support and inventory management. This position requires highly developed time management and attention to details. The ideal candidate must demonstrate an ability to think critically, execute process efficiently, and adapt easily. **Responsibilities**
+ Oversee and monitors online orders to ensure proper processing and on-time fulfillment of ecommerce stores
+ Manage outside vendors as they relate to the e-store
+ Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures
+ Participate in client communication in regard to e-store management and processes
+ Perform administrative activities associated with effective management of store operations
+ Assist in creating sales offers and promotions and perform quality and assurance checks as needed
+ Responsible for posting of products by posting product details, ensuring correct linking, pricing, and SKU set-up
+ Provide prompt and efficient client service
+ Collaborate with the customer relations team in problem solving and tracking online orders
+ Manage product catalog and inventory and provide status of out of stock and low volume
**Requirements**
+ Minimum of two years as a technical professional preferably working with or for
+ an agency or in the eCommerce space
+ Experience working in an eCommerce platform such as BigCommerce or Shopify
+ Experience in order management, order processing and customer service problem solving
+ Detail oriented by focusing on the particulars of the work with an understanding of how it impacts the big picture
+ Customer relations experience a plus
+ eCRM/Email marketing experience a plus
