CBRE is seeking a passionate and motivated Program Manager to drive cross-functional partnerships to define and refine strategies for business goals, initiatives, and priorities across our global real estate portfolio. In this role you will be able to innovate with purpose, take on diverse challenges, lead change initiatives that move our organization forward, while working alongside some of the best peers, stakeholders and business partners.

Responsibilities
Drive cross-functional partnerships to define and refine strategies for business goals, initiatives, and priorities
Develop comprehensive strategic plans with clear objectives, milestones, and metrics
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
and timelines
Coordinate and facilitate strategic planning sessions, workshops, and discussions
Provide hands-on support to project teams, removing obstacles, and facilitating collaboration to achieve desired outcomes
Track, evaluate, and report progress towards strategic goals, identifying risk and opportunities for mitigation
Lead change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions within the organization
Coordinate continuous improvement strategies that focus on reducing the cost to serve, frugality, and other business

Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to understand the audience and customer
