Tasca Automotive Group - Cranston has a lengthy career opportunity for a full-time Vehicle Inventory Specialist to join the Administration Office Team. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience. Will train the right candidate. EOE.

Job Responsibilities:

Retrieve new vehicle invoices from manufacturers' websites daily and pre-stock into our vehicle system through CDK software.
Enter new vehicles in the accounting system when vehicles arrive at dealer location.
Enter all purchased used vehicles in the vehicle and accounting systems.
Bill out deals for auction wholesales and Dealer Trades.
Data entry, accounting and light filing.
Other office tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

Prior automotive industry helpful but not necessary. Will train the right individual.
CDK experience a plus but not required.
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
Must be focused and dependable.
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and manage time effectively.
Ability to work in a positive, team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be authorized to work in the USA.
