Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and direct visitors to the company
- Answer all incoming calls in a timely fashion and direct calls to their appropriate and specific department.
- Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
- Manage food ordering for meetings, delivery and set up
- Receives, logs, and sends incoming and outgoing packages
- Assists in ordering, receiving, and distribution of office supplies
- Providing general clerical and administrative support to all levels
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced apparel company
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and organize to dos
- Self-directed, able to work independently
