Job Title: Staff UX Designer Job Summary: Exciting opportunity for an experienced Staff UX Designer to shape complex projects and ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in product design processes. As a Staff UX Designer, you will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teamsto deliver exceptional user experiences and build committees dedicated to design excellence. This position is not tied to any specific company but focused on the challenges of designing for trust intelligence. Responsibilities: - Inform product roadmaps and shape project goals, aligned with a greater UX vision - Deliver solutions that impact UX design across multiple experiences - Build internal and external committees dedicated to design excellence - Ensure consistent, thoughtful, and thorough user experience with all the work released - Present ideas and process improvements at the product All-hands - Recruit and interview candidates - Continually mentor your design team to discuss, collaborate, and define patterns and research practices - Contribute to research and analytics best practices and processes - Mentor individuals internally and externally to your team to create lovable products - Demonstrate a sense of ownership and accountability for the team's work and outcomes - Craft insightful UX writing to support design solutions - Strategize design system improvements to help customers accomplish their goals as efficiently and effectively as possible - Meet with customers weekly to understand and represent them in the SDLC process - Conduct independent research to understand customer needs and de-risk assumptions - Define your problem space through continuous discovery and exploration, crafting a deep understanding of customer and business needs in your domain - Create Eng-ready design deliverables to build a component library so sprint counterparts can execute features every three weeks - Oversee sprint deliverables to ensure the intended customer's experience is protected - Advocate and evangelize UX processes across stakeholder touchpoints - Advocate for the user across the entire product experience, helping others understand the customer's voice - Report on design system findings and recommendations to your cross-functional and design teams Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 4 years of experience creating B2B products - Proficient in contributing to design systems - Ability to use integrative thinking to construct patterns of UX and interaction design across multiple experiences - Learning mindset with a desire to learn and grow communities continuously - Mastery of qualitative and quantitative collection activities with a passion for sharing knowledge - Passionate about re-imagining existing products and strategic partnership - Experience with content strategy and platform design - Energizing to take calculated risks that help customers - Proven aptitude for UX design and strategy - Willingness to work in collaborative teams to solve problems - Clear, concise, and persuasive communicator - Proficient in building SaaS products - High degree of visual polish in UI design and understanding of communicating detailed interactions with engineers - Experience working in an agile software development environment - Driven by understanding user behavior and designing complex experiences - Exacting standards and upgrades to understanding design thinking and UX best practices - Experience within WCAG 2.1 AA standards - Passionate about solving problems, innovation, and removing friction from users' experiences - Resilient with the ability to manage multiple inputs, meet varying deadlines, and know where to put your efforts If you are passionate about designing for trust and possess the aforementioned qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
