We are seeking a ADP Implementation Consultant- Remote to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of technology-related projects across various departments.Responsibilities:Implementation and guidance on the overall use of ADP Vantage modulesCollect, document & validate client functional requirements, mapping to platform functionalityTrain client staff for them to capably perform day-to-day activitiesManage multiple client/project engagements simultaneouslyDefines data import strategy and is responsible for data importsCompletes assigned tasks - such as data preparations (cleansing, mapping etc.)Work seamlessly with project team and leadership and reports to the NOLA project team on assigned project tasks, issues, risks, and escalationsProvides feedback for any cross-sell/upsell opportunitiesDiscuss needs, gaps, goals, and accomplishments to team and managementAdopt a systemic approach to optimize problem-solving strategiesRequirements:4+ years experience with ADP Vantage5+ years experience with HCM ImplementationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompany Description The NOLA Group specializes in delivering value-added input and expertise for HCM Implementations and post-implementation support.
