JOB DESCRIPTIONThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Twirll. We're seeking someone with strong exposure and experience in Content Marketing, Graphic Designing, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing and Product Promotions.
This person will spearhead digital marketing initiatives for Twirll and its diverse clientele of small-mid-sized businesses, leveraging their creativity and marketing expertise to amplify online presence and drive growth.
You'll be between 1-4 years experienced with a passion for independent work and client engagement and be enthusiastic about technology, adept at problem-solving, passionate about their work, values customers as partners, and enjoys the dynamic world of digital marketing.
Objective is to get maximum penetration of Twirll platform and it's clients globally in the business community.LOCATION : Remote or Hybrid (Noida), based in IndiaKEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Preparing feasibility study to pitch Digital Marketing services to small & medium businesses.
Building digital marketing strategy & execution plan for maximum adoption of Twirll and its clientele Retail and Hospitality offerings.
Optimize Social Media Profiles : Enhance Facebook and Instagram profiles with SEO-focused keywords, backlinks, and compelling CTAs for increased engagement.
Google Business Profile Optimization : Maximize visibility and performance by optimizing GMB profiles, managing FAQs.Develop Engaging Creatives : Create captivating social media content aligned with brand themes and tonality guidelines, driving engagement and brand awareness.
Manage Facebook Shop : Set up and manage Facebook Shop, including catalog creation, customization, and competitor analysis.
Execute Awareness, Traffic, Lead Generation & Conversion Campaigns : Strategize and implement campaigns across platforms, utilizing audience targeting, pixel installation, and A / B testing for optimal performance.
Run SMS / e-mail Campaigns & drive Loyalty ProgramConduct Campaign Reporting and Analysis : Generate comprehensive reports and analyze data to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Coordinate the delivery of Client's website design projects and implementation of pixel tracking for marketing campaigns by collaborating closely with web designers and developers.
Brand Marketing : Manage clients' branding activities, ensuring alignment with their marketing objectives and coordinating with internal teams to maintain consistency across all digital platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field.Background in Hospitality, Retail Industry is preferable.
Experience in Digital Marketing in SaaS cloud software industry, e-commerce, Website Designing will be bonus.Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking skillsMarketing Analytics and Web Analytics skillsLead Generation skillsProficiency in Performance Marketing and tools like Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, Google My Business, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.
Proficiency in Content Marketing and design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Invision, etc.Proficiency in SEO and tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog etc.
Proficiency in User Behavior Monitoring tools like Hotjar, Clarity etc.Strong analytical, logical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.Eager to learn and adapt to evolving digital marketing trends.
