Schedule: Full Time, 35 hours/week, approximately five days working onsite
Reporting to the Director of Facilities and Operations, the Project Manager is a leadership position within the Operations Department responsible for management of cross-functional, operational, and strategic projects. The Project Manager is the primary point of contact for the Department s project management function and works directly with project focused roles across the organization including counterparts in Information Technology; Collections, Exhibitions and Design; and Marketing and Communications. In addition to a broad portfolio of capital improvement, renewal, and seasonal project work, the PM s portfolio also incorporates project objectives related to the Museum s programmatic offerings including the exhibition and annual events program. The Project Manager will also provide oversight of the methods, processes, and systems that support the delivery of project objectives within the Facility and Operations department.
