Requirements
Role Overview:
As Greenbacker continues to raise capital and grow our investment portfolio and investment management services, we seek a full time Corporate Paralegal to assist with a wide range of legal matters, primarily corporate in nature. While the role will report to Greenbacker s Senior Paralegal , the selected individual will need to work independently and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to implement certain legal administration, process and reporting functions related to Greenbacker. As a small and evolving firm, the responsibilities will be broad, varied and all encompassing. Role can be based in the vicinity of our offices in Portland, Maine, or New York City.
