Choy, Layla's, V Are Vegan, Kakapo ( past ), Nami ( Opening Soon ).Ambrosia Hospitality is currently both looking at consolidating its current brands and locations as well as looking to expand aggressively with new initiatives in New Delhi, Goa and beyond.
Role DescriptionThe Director of Operations will be responsible for : Supervising and managing operations for multiple outlets ( to be defined )Supervising and managing operations for multiple departments, including food and beverage, housekeeping, human resources, and maintenance.
The Director of Operations will play an integral role in creating and implementing strategic plans in coordination with the vision of the promoters.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal guest experiencesThe candidate will be responsible to optimise the profits of the companyBring about synergies within the outletsKeen awareness and knowledge about the industry and where to fill the gapsEnhance the online sphere of the businessQualificationsA minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership / operator roleBachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, guests, and other stakeholdersStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectivelyDemonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysisExcellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team membersKnowledge about online aggregators and to enhance business across platformsA strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering excellent resultsThe candidate must be very well versed with current trends of the food and beverage industryA good network or ability to create one within the food and beverage sphere is a mustShould be willing to travel as per the requirement of workFluency in English and Hindi;
knowledge of other languages is a plusWe are open to consider a chef background person to take up this role as well
