Manager of Digital Marketing Services
SAPinsider | Remote

The Manager is a client delivery leader and digital marketing services professional with strong display advertising and technical marketing systems experience. The role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Hands on Responsibilities include:
Digital Marketing Services Practice Leadership
Lead a current $3.5M portfolio of digital marketing services with 50% YoY growth forecasts.
Hands on digital marketing services delivery assuring high client satisfaction and on time delivery of all digital marketing services.
Work directly with Sales to actively sell and renew prospects and clients for all digital marketing services.
Manage and innovate a dynamic portfolio of digital marketing services including:
Partner Member Showcases Directory Services
Website Display Advertising Impression Advertising
Sponsored social media campaigns - Targeted Messaging
Partner Member Showcase Campaigns
Grow the Partner Member Showcase services by 50% YoY with >90% annual renewals.
Work directly with sales to present the value proposition to prospects and existing clients assuring sales budget achievement.
Manage a portfolio of 170 active Partner Member Showcase microsite pages for the build out and quarterly updating including: content inclusion, category tagging and display ad flighting.
Work with Client Success to conduct the client kick off workshop and build out all new Partner Member Showcase clients are successfully launched within 1 week of sale.
Lead the integration of every Partner Member Showcase client to the JAZD Performance Insights platform and dashboard delivering real time results, visualized experience and integration to all client CRM and Marketing Automation systems.
Provide to sales monthly showcase and category traffic performance reporting assuring sales is enabled to present the value proposition for Partner Member Showcase campaigns.
Website Display Advertising
Grow the Display Advertising services by 100% YoY with >90% recurring clients.
Work with Client Success to conduct the client kick off workshop assuring the appropriate display ad category and website page targeting
Manage all display advertising campaigns in Google Ad Manager assuring optimization of all display ad flighting, click track pathways, content relevance alignment and revenue generation
Conduct quarterly client review meetings reviewing display ad performance including impressions generated, click through leads and conversion goals
Provide to sales monthly inventory availability and traffic performance reporting assuring sales is enabled to present the value proposition for display advertising campaigns
Sponsored Social Media Campaigns
Grow the Social Media Campaign services by 100% YoY with >90% recurring clients.
Work with Client Success to conduct the client kick off workshop assuring the appropriate audience targeting, social channel inclusion and creative content for placement.
Manage all Social Media campaigns across all SAPinsider social channels including Linked In, Twitter and Facebook
Conduct social media campaign client review meetings reviewing performance including impressions and referral click through performance.
Provide to sales monthly social media inventory schedule availability assuring sales is enabled to present the value proposition and schedule each social media campaign.
Professional Qualifications
An ideal candidate will possess:
Direct revenue management in a digital marketing client delivery environment.
Direct experience in provisioning client display advertising campaigns.
Exceptional display advertising experience with Google Ad Manager including experience in ad revenue performance optimization.
Direct experience with directory marketing including microsite webpage build out and category tagging in a Wordpress CMS.
Experience with digital marketing platforms including HubSpot, Sprout and Google Analytics.
Software experience with website CMS, opt-in registration form management, HTML, PHP, Adobe Creative Suite, marketing analytics.
Compensation
