Job Description:
An nationally based manufacturing company is hiring a full-time Controller at their North Liberty, IA location. This individual will work directly alongside the CFO and lead the accounting department.
Description:
The Controller helps the Chief Financial Officer prepare financial data for all Company activities that will help assist management and other users in making educated economic decisions about future. This position is critical to companies success.
+ Analyze and determine the financial status of the company
+ Responsible for the timely preparation and reporting of financial data in conformity with generally accepted accounting principals
+ Direct the preparation of accurate and timely financial information for weekly, monthly and annual financial reports.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelors Degree in Business required, CPA or MBA is preferred.
+ Minimum of five years experience in a similar field required. Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
+ Experience in a manufacturing setting strongly preferred.
+ Strong computer skills including proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills
