Photography Denver, Pennsylvania Compensation **$16 - $18 Per Hour** Morphy Auctions in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania is looking for a passionate Photographer to add to our team. The successful candidate will be able to achieve technical, qualitative and quantitative goals while meeting projects needs and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have prior product photography experience, knowledge of digital SLR cameras, experience working in Adobe programs and the ability to work in a fast paced studio environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and work well with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

* Study, understand, and follow industry specific photography specifications and work closely with our current photography team to develop standards

* Capture incoming inventory and process images

* Upload and rename images to server database

* Constantly improve image quality using various photography methods

* Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc)

* Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications

* Maintain organizational standards within the warehouse inventory system

Skills

* Proven professional shooting experience

* Must submit portfolio of work

* Proficient with traditional and modern equipment

* Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One or other photography specific software

* Shooting and lighting skills

* Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques

* Ability to juggle multiple tasks

* Associates degree or higher in Photography

* Ability to lift 50 lbs.

* Understanding & experience with studio strobes & digital SLR cameras
