**What Youll Do**

+ Promote and sell Hagerty products and services to members and partners

+ Service existing policies and membership needs in a professional and timely manner

+ Prepare accurate and complete documentation to support member activities

+ Assist collector car enthusiasts and partners through billing, service and sales needs as required

+ Help members and partners navigate our website and self-service options

+ Learn the fundamentals of hospitality at Hagerty to create and provide a world class experience for our members

+ Frequently collaborates with leaders on strengths and areas of opportunity

+ Strong problem-solving skills

+ Ability to multitask and prioritize

+ Effective and efficient use of computer applications including MS Office products

+ Ability to efficiently deal with a large volume of telephone business while maintaining a professional demeanor

+ Bilingual in English and French is eligible for additional compensation

+ Valid Driver's License/Government Issued ID Card

+ High school equivalency certification

**Other things to note**

+ This role is open to Ontario, Canada residents. It can be worked remotely.

+ The hours for this position will be 8-hour shifts that vary throughout our business hours. Our regular business hours are (all EDT) Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sundays 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
