Position Summary:

The primary purpose of the Laborer position is to perform a wide variety of general labor tasks to reach project goals and as directed by the position's supervisor.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions

* Ability to perform physical labor activities which includes, but is not limited to, lifting, pulling, pushing, and/or carrying different types of objects/materials.

* Perform clean up tasks after Rota-Mill.

* Jackhammer in areas where Rota-Mill is unable to run and cover inlets.

* Caring for company equipment/machines/tools.

* Keeps job site clean of all unused/waste materials and ensures all equipment is stored in a safe and secure

* Ability to use or learn how to use different hand and power

* Ensure the practice of safety standards in accordance with company policies and OSHA.

* Willingness to perform and learn different aspects of the Laborer

* Perform all other tasks and follow instructions as directed by

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Education/Certifications/Licenses:

* High school diploma or GED equivalent - Preferred.

* Valid driver's license - Required.

* Up-To-Date DOT Medical Card - Required.

Experience & Knowledge:

* Prior experience as a laborer or other relevant experience preferred.

Other Requirements:

* Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older.

* Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens & background check, including

* Must be in a union or be willing to join a union.
