Role reports to: Program Management Director
Location: Skillman, NJ. Kenvue s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman, NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.
Travel %: 10%
Pay: $113,000-$195,500 (if compliant with country laws)
What you will do
The Learning, Development, and Training Senior Manager will develop, implement and execute the Learning, Development, & Training strategic framework for the Kenvue Legal and Compliance (KLC) team, with a focus on protecting Kenvue s reputation, mitigating risks, and maintaining trust with our customers, stakeholders and employees around the world.
This individual will advise and liaise with Kenvue s enterprise-level Learning & Development organization colleagues to provide sustained support and build partnerships with all levels of management, employees, contractors and professionals to implement and maintain effective learning, development, and training programs that drive consistency of decision making and approach to risk mitigation. The Senior Manager will lead specific components of the KLC programs, including but not limited to: learning, development, training, communications, and policy & procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Design and create Legal & Compliance training programs aligned to global and regional strategies ensuring all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards are met or exceeded.
Engage with Legal & Compliance attorneys and Ethics & Compliance Officers (Officers) regionally to align on development of content and coordination of trainings and other KLC development activities.
Collaborate with internal and external subject matter / content experts, business partners and vendors to create and design new content, tools and learning solutions to meet Kenvue s enterprise-wide Legal & Compliance learning, development & training needs.
Create and maintain a centralized digital training library for KLC colleagues, leveraging SharePoint expertise for easy access, version control, collaboration and security.
Apply adult learning theories and instructional design skills to develop innovative and blended learning experiences, leveraging technologies and diverse instructional methods to develop and deliver impactful trainings across a variety of audiences.
Initiate and promote global learning strategy, guidance and protocols across KLC.
Host monthly Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics (SCCE) series including collaborating with outside counsel on content, maintaining an events calendar and library of presentations.
Develop and execute up-skilling sessions quarterly to increase KLC business acumen and Consumer Health knowledge.
Leverage Risk Assessment output to design risk-based training with Officers.
Operationalize current and future mechanisms to evaluate training effectiveness and measure learning impact and behavioral changes at the organizational level.
Develop efficient and innovative metrics and reporting capabilities to support KLC training goals.
Engage with legal SMEs, and as necessary creative third-party providers, to update training materials including e-Learnings which are deployed through an enterprise-level learning management system.
Represent the KLC on the Kenvue Learning Leaders Network (or similar body), supporting the evolution and strategic development of learning, development & training at Kenvue, the evaluation of learning management platforms, and the development of a comprehensive translation strategy.
Cascade enterprise-wide communications and training refreshers as needed (ex. Code of Conduct, Speak Up Policy, Integrity Line.)
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree required or equivalent.
5 years of related training experience.
Experience with designing, developing or facilitating management, leadership or professional training programs and materials, including developing and conducting formal needs analysis and e-learning development and deployment project management.
Proven ability to think strategically and to translate strategic directives into tactical initiatives.
Must have exposure to cross functional business processes and ability to work successfully in a matrix environment and within a global virtual team.
Strong influencing and teaming skills to partner at all levels including: senior business leaders, global colleagues, and external vendors.
Must have strong leadership skills operate as a global leader with understanding and appreciation for regional differences.
Desired Qualifications
8 10 years of work experience required, preferably 3 of which are in the Consumer Health industry.
Excellent executive presentation skills, ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and the ability to respectfully question and/or challenge others to think through problems, improvement opportunities, solutions, and plans.
In-depth SharePoint knowledge including structure, functionality and best practices with a focus on document maintenance.
Experience with eLearning authoring tools (ex. Adobe Captivate, Articulate) and Learning Management systems preferred.
What s in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $113,000 to $195,500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
