SAIC is seeking a Senior UX Graphic Designer / Analyst to join our Agile team supporting our customer the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Responsibilities:
The UX Graphics Designer / Analyst will lead and manage the creation of intuitive user-experiences and design simple and effective solutions to complex workflows.
Analyzes stakeholder business need and develops wireframes, behavioral specifications, and personas.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards, and contemporary, user-centered design methodologies.
Analyzes, develops, assesses, and communicates application user interface usage and security policies and procedures.
Analyzes business requirements and designs user interface layout, graphics, color schemes and infrastructure to maintain a cohesive application user experience based on the organization's communications strategies and goals.
Researches and evaluates new related technologies.
Consults with stakeholders and developers to ensure that development products are in line with user requirements.
Executes interaction design and visual design as a part of a multidisciplinary team.
Serves as the user advocate during the development process, analyze end user needs, manage early-stage designs through usability testing and offer implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective.
Responsible for performing complex program assignments in analyzing, defining, coding in the design, and implementing cost effective information technology solutions

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree and 10 years or more of relevant experience
Agile scrum experience
Agile tool experience
Facilitation of user experience sessions
Development of UX designs into wireframes and prototypes
Excellent user interface skills to communicate with end users and other stakeholders
Excellent documentation skills to facilitate and translate needs into epics, features, and user stories
Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance

Target salary range: $135,001 - $145,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
