Property Claims Adjuster-Supplement **Job Number**

: 189931 As a **supplement** **claims adjuster** on our Home & Property team, youll manage the coverage and damage analysis of supplement property claims. Handling claims from start to finish, youll support customer needs while ensuring swift resolution. Youll also use negotiation skills to interact with customers, insurance carriers and others.

**Duties & responsibilities**

* Determine insurance coverage and extent of company liability

* Examine and interpret policies, forms in force and other records

* Approve and adjust estimates of damage and loss amounts

* Estimate repair cost, replacement or compensation

**Must-have qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree or higher and at least two years of experience in property & casualty insurance claims.

* Instead of the above, associate degree and three years of work experience within financial services, customer service, construction, property management, or related field; at least two years of which must be in property & casualty insurance claims

* Instead of a degree, five years of work experience in one of the fields noted above, at least two years of which must be in property & casualty insurance claims

* Adjuster 620 License required within 30 days of hire

**Compensation**

* $60,000 to $65,000 annually based on experience

* Gainshare bonus up to16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
