Total Experience of 9+Years in ITPlay an integral role in stakeholder management by Analyzing the Business requirements from Customer & translating the same to the Technical Team.

Able to function independently as SPOC for External / Internal stakeholders and resolve all technical impediments for the Team to ensure successful delivery.

Worked on at least 1 GRC Implementation project involving Risk Mgmt. implementation, Compliance, Control indicators configuration.

Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL V3 and Risk / Compliance process Solid, hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform, Client / server scripting.

Knowledge of JavaScript as an individual contributor.Around 5 years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNowProcess understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge ManagementGood Experience in ITSM and CMDB module implementation / developmentGood implementation experience in web-based Integration (SOAP, REST) and any other type of integration.

Good communication and presentation skillHands-on experience in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows and solution migration to higher environment.

Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub.Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Development Best Practices & ongoing knowledge ServiceNow features.
