Blackbaud Database Analyst - Philanthropy - Remote

Job Description

We're growing and looking for collaborative, inventive and hard-working individual to grow with us. We're looking for a motivated Database Analyst, a problem solver with a passion for CRM business intelligence/analytics and related technologies.

Qualifications:A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in database management or related field requiredExperience with Blackbaud products preferredExperience with business intelligence (BI) platformsExperience administering a CRM for fundraising at a nonprofit organizationExperience with Blackbaud CRM SDK preferredKnowledge of Zuri Velocity or similar tools strongly preferredExcellent knowledge of SQL server database and/or other relational databases; experience with SQL or other database extraction and/or query toolsProven ability to drive excellent customer service in a technical environment

Responsibilities:Develop, test, and validate deliverables such as reports, data lists, applications, and system upgrades, ensuring timely and accurate results in a team environmentBuild and deploy integrations with Blackbaud CRM and 3rd party data using the Zuri VelocityWrites optimized SQL queries and stored procedures in support of enterprise reporting platformsEnsures accurate and thorough technical documentation of business standards and business processesPartners with key stakeholders and team members to accurately understand, capture, document, and communicate complex business processes and technical details to a broad audienceDevelop BBCRM reports and customizations using SQL Server tools, SSRS, Report Builder, Visual Studio and Blackbaud SDK
