Cultivate and nurture partnerships with national and regional real estate stakeholders, including owners, developers, investors, and lenders, to expand our portfolio. 2. Present intricate financial models to senior-level real estate professionals during sales and deal negotiations. 3. Drive the closure of a diverse range of real estate management contracts, demonstrating adaptability to varying deal structures. 4. Lead contract negotiations with the support of our legal team and provide valuable input on deal underwriting and financial modeling. 5. Collaborate closely with the feasibility team, offering insights and contributing to decision-making processes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. - 6-10 years of multifamily and/or hotel investment, development, or asset management experience. - Proven track record in a quota-bearing or incentive-based role, with a strong aptitude for deal-making. - Willingness to travel 40%-60% of the time to accommodate business needs. - Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales processes and drive deals to successful closure. - Self-motivated with a keen desire to learn and grow rapidly. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on business acumen.
