Sodexo Energy and Resources is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 1 for an industrial chemical manufacturer located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. This ES / Custodial Operations Manager will oversee the cleanliness of multiple buildings on campus. The typical shift is Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm or 7:00 am -4:00 pm, may vary depending on business needs. The ES/ Custodial Operations Manager will partner with the client to deliver innovative solutions. The janitorial team has responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact satisfaction.
