The Senior Analyst, Human Capital Analytics will help drive the success of the business by providing analyses and analytical solutions to guide management and operational decision-making. The individual will work on projects dealing with key performance metrics tracking, assessments of potential strategic initiatives, and other ad hoc requests. The solutions could range from complex dashboards in Excel or Power BI to summary-level trend analyses that this position will be responsible for designing and building or maintaining existing reports. This position will work collaboratively with associates primarily within the Human Resources department but the analytics and reporting will be supportive across all business units and functions.
How You'll Shine:
* Data Exploration, Visualization, and Dashboarding: Compiling datasets for analysis; developing dashboards to help internal customers visualize and understand results; maintaining and updating existing reports.
* Requirements Development: Working with the Director, Incentive Compensation and Analytics and various internal customers to understand reporting requirements. Identifying, transforming, and preparing data for analysis.
* Communication of Results: Summarizing analytical results in a brief narrative format that can be easily digested and understood by the end user.
What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Statistics, HR, or related field required.
* Ability and strong desire to think analytically, to be able to identify and solve problems through data analysis
* Ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to provide strategic and actionable insights
* Strong attention to detail, formatting, and accuracy is mandatory
* Successful organizational skills and ability to execute effectively on multiple tasks
* Clear and effective communication skills; ability to concisely summarize analytical results to a broad audience
* Works well independently as well as part of a team
* Advanced skills in Excel required (complex/nested formulas, dynamic reporting i.e. drop-down input fields, some macro experience)
* Experience with Power BI is a plus
* SQL experience is a plus
* Workday and/or UKG experience is a plus
* Seven (7) years of working with data sets, reporting, analytics
* Three (3) years working specifically with Human Capital analytics
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
