*****This is a PRN position meaning it is budgeted zero hours and scheduling will be as needed. This position is not eligible for benefits.*****
This position will support EAP fairs/events, which take place sporadically and might last 4-8 hours. Schedules are usually planned one month in advance. Typically, individuals will not be asked to travel more than 1.5 hours to attend an event.
The EAP Account Management and Client Services Coordinator will support the Business Development and Client Services Manager in all account management and client services related functions as requested.
The primary responsibility of the person in this position is onsite and virtual promotion of program usually at vendor fairs and health screenings that take place at employers places of business throughout Utah. As a representative at these events you are expected to represent the EAP program in a professional manner by arriving on time, bringing the required materials, dressing accordingly and being able to describe program services and answer employee questions.
In addition to attending fairs you may also be asked to provide general ad hoc support to the Manager as directed; be willing to assist in any necessary duties to help meet department objectives like data entry, coordination of events and other regularly scheduled tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
* Experience in marketing, promotion, account management, or related field
* Project/process management experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong computer skills and written and verbal communication skills.
* Willingness to travel in support of accounts; have own car and car insurance
