Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and seasoned pharmaceutical professional to join our team as Associate Director, Corporate Development. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the strategic planning and execution of our corporate initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Business Operations, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive investor relations, public relations, communications, and business development efforts. Key Responsibilities: Investor Relations (IR): - Develop and refine investor presentations. - Manage investor databases and communication logs. - Serve as the primary liaison for investor inquiries and due diligence. - Coordinate investor events and roadshows. - Collaborate with external partners to execute IR strategies effectively. Public Relations (PR) and Communications: - Define PR strategies and oversee press release activities. - Handle media inquiries promptly and professionally. - Maintain digital content across platforms, including the website and social media. - Coordinate participation in medical/scientific conferences. - Manage corporate affairs conference planning. Business Development (BD): - Cultivate relationships with potential strategic partners. - Identify promising pipeline assets and facilitate internal assessments. - Lead BD analyses and interactions. - Represent the company at industry conferences and meetings. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or biotech. - Advanced degree, MBA preferred. - Background in biotech corporate strategy, consulting, or financing. - Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Experience collaborating across functions. - Knowledge of respiratory therapies or drug development is advantageous. - Remote work flexibility.
