Job Description
DMS is seeking Executive Coaches to join our learning services team who will be responsible for assisting managers and executives in developing leadership skills through one-on-one and group coaching sessions that include strength assessments and strategies to create a motivated, high performance work environment for employees.
Responsibilities
Conduct a combined kick-off and planning meetings.
Design workshops of various lengths typically one to 4 hours.
Design outlines for customer review and approval.
Conduct review meetings with customer on the draft design outline and capture customer feedback
Provide final design outlines that incorporates feedback for customer approval before developing workshop materials.
Develop Workshops including developing participant materials and conducting review meetings on participant materials for customer approval before proceeding to delivery.
Administer CliftonStrengths Assessments to up to 20 participants
Education
Required Experience
Ten or more years of experience as an Executive Coach.
ICF Certification with C-Suite equivalent experience
