JOB BRIEF
We are looking for a competitive and talented Inside Sales Executives who can thrive in an outbound sales environment. Ideal candidates will have approximately 5+ years of experience in Sales, including 2+ years in Inside Sales.
They will have a thirst to learn and improve their skillset under the direction and mentorship of senior team members. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE AT ROYAL CYBER?
As an Inside Sales Executive you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious outbound lead generation targets.
You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, creating effective email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, generating interest, qualifying prospects and fixing meeting appointments with prospects for the sales team to follow up.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Source new leads through outbound prospecting, social media and email campaigns
Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and book meeting with prospects
Understand customer needs and communicate Royal Cyber’s value proposition appropriately
Route qualified opportunities to the sales team for further development and closure
Team with internal practice and partner organizations to build a pipeline and to book meetings
Maintain and expand the database of prospects within your assigned area of responsibility.
Plan and proactively achieve monthly, quarterly and annual lead generation targets for your domain
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Hands on experience prospectingin the eCommerce space, selling services. Adobe experience (Commerce and / or AEM) is a must.
Other technologies such asSalesforce, SAPand commercetools are desirable
Sound knowledge of the eCommerce landscape, platforms, and technology
2+ years of inside sales experience working with the North American market
Experience utilizing researching tools Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Ability to create and maintain top of the funnel campaigns to generate SQLs
Comfortable in cold calling and tenacious in generating BANT qualified leads
Experience in social selling using LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
