Home Automation Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities : - Conduct customer product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our automation solutions.- Gather and analyze client requirements to tailor automation solutions to their specific needs.

• Design comprehensive automation solutions aligned with client objectives and technical specifications.- Develop detailed proposals outlining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support the sales cycle, providing technical expertise and assistance as needed.- Conduct site visits to monitor project execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Work closely with electrical contractors, architects, and interior designers to integrate automation solutions seamlessly into construction projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to home and commercial automation.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including documentation of design decisions, project milestones, and client communications.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and expertise.

Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computers or Electronics Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) preferred; Diploma in related fields also acceptable.

• Proven experience in automation solution design and implementation, preferably in the home or commercial automation sector.
• Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of automation systems, IoT technologies, and networking principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to client sites regularly and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results within established timelines.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software for automation design and project management.
