Guest Service Specialist - Veterinary Care
Description
CompleteCare Veterinary Center is a top of the line veterinary hospital looking for new people to join our Pack! We are in need of a Customer Service professional who enjoys working with animals and has a background in client services. This position will be assisting multiple doggie daycare centers, and attending to phone calls and client needs.
* Answer incoming phone calls for multiple locations
* Booking appointments and reservations
* Updating daily excel chat call tracker
* Handling all NEW CLIENT phone calls
* Lead Reports for all locations (incoming requests from booking systems, GINGR, ALLYDVM, CORNERSTONE, VET PORT etc.)
* Yelp, GMB Form Submissions
* Answering Chat emails for all locations
* Tours of the facilities
* Any and all new client questions
* Upselling services for all other locations through lead report and through chat inquiries and calls
* Any additional front desk needs
* Staying up to date on promotions at all locations and ensuring all clients are aware of those promotions when booking
* Staying up to date on any and all changes of services, prices, policies and procedures for each location
* Attending any and all conference calls
* 1-3 years of relevant experience
* Experience working in the veterinary field is a big plus.
* Experience handling animals
* Friendly and helpful to clients, on phone and in person.
* A great attitude.

Job: Full Time; M-Fri 9-5
Pay:$17.50 hourly
