House Manager

GSL PROPERTIES is seeking an experienced House Manager to join our team. As the House Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our clients' properties, ensuring that all aspects of the home run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all housekeeping and maintenance activities.
• Supervise and train staff members to ensure they perform their duties correctly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Maintain an inventory of household supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed.
• Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Handle household budgets and financial transactions, including bill payment and expense tracking.
• Coordinate and facilitate staff schedules and rotations to ensure all household tasks are completed.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a House Manager or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using household management software and applications.
• Knowledge of household maintenance, cleaning techniques, and relevant health and safety regulations.
