Job Description:

To provide clerical and administrative support for the Environmental Affairs Department. Essential Job Functions:Supports all clerical tasks associated with the Environmental Affairs Department which include, but are not limited to, the receipt and distribution of regulatory mail and invoices, assisting with purchase orders, fee invoice processing, creation of new Microsoft Office files, modification of existing files, scanning documents, filing (hard and electronic documents), and ordering office supplies. Maintain the environmental filing system in Box (e.g., file environmental legal documents, create files, scan older documents at Environmental Affairs Managers direction for archiving purposes, etc.). Assist with ongoing data input and implementation of various elements; oversight given by the Environmental/ Sustainability Manager of the new Locus Environmental Management System.
