• Shift Start Time 11 : 00 pm,* Production Associates perform various tasks to produce raw, ready-to-cook boneless turkey breast roasts.
• Essential duties include : c utting and trimming breast meat for roasts; applying seasonings to breast meat for roasts; weighing roasts;

packaging roasts with assistance of rotamatic and netting machines; train to proficiency to rotate through jobs and perform multiple tasks within the department perform any job in the department at the supervisor's request.

• Inj ection- Starting Pay Rate $17.00 / hr with increase to $18.75 / hr in 90 day plus $1.00 shift premium. Shift Start Time 11 : 00 pm,* Associate performs tasks to prepare BIBs (bone-in breasts) for further processing as ready-to-cook (RTC) product and whole turkeys for ready-to-eat (RTE) product.
• Essential duties include : Mix brine solution, weigh turkeys prior to injection, shape turkeys to product specifications, load turkeys onto racks for oven, push racks into ovens, wash empty racks;

train to proficiency to rotate through jobs and perform multiple tasks within the department; perform any job in the department at the supervisor's discretion.

Shift Start Time 11 : 00 pm,* The Production Associate in Smoke & Bake performs a variety of manual or machine-assisted, repetitive tasks to produce whole turkey products, turkey parts, ready-to-cook turkey products, and ready-to-eat turkey products.

• Smoke & Bake Associates performs tasks to package ready-to-eat (RTE) product. Essential duties include : Placing turkeys into bags;
• sealing bags on sealing machine; weighing, tagging, and netting turkeys in bags; boxing & packaging turkeys; training to proficiency to rotate through jobs and perform multiple tasks within the department;

• There is mandatory seasonal work for approximately 5 to 6 weeks during the months of October and November, which includes working 7 days per week.
