As a Life Sciences Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our Life Sciences practice. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute sourcing and hiring plans to meet organizational objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the life sciences sector, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven record of accomplishment in talent acquisition.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Attract, source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods like online sourcing, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
4. Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles in the life sciences industry, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all relevant information is detailed.
6. Compose compelling job descriptions and post job openings on various online platforms to attract.
7. Employer Branding: Promote Capgeminis employer brand by effectively communicating its values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates.
8. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relations with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and addressing their queries or concerns.
9. Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and department heads, to understand hiring needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and address any challenges or concerns.
11. A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
**Must Have:**
+ 5-8 years of demonstrated experience as a life sciences recruiter with experience across engineering skillsets, preferably in a services or management consulting setting.
+ Strong documentation skills and proficiency within the MS Office Suite
+ Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
+ Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software
+ Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other collaborators to create a positive candidate experience.
+ Excellent evaluation and decision-making abilities
+ Ability to handle and manage multiple requisitions while maintaining attention to detail.
+ Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and standard processes related to recruitment and selection.
+ Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
