Responsible for compliance of Health, Safety, Food Hygiene regulations. Drive sales through centrally driven menu plans and promotions and ensure compliance through preferred suppliers.

Provide high quality service to customers and client in line with a food service offer that is applicable to sector and client.

Drive new customer acquisition in bidding process, tight control on cost relate to raw material, manpower and process.Key responsibilities- To develop and maintain good working relationships with the Client- Take an active part in any unit sales promotions and make suggestions to help increase sales.

Ensure your teams support and drive sales by implementing central marketing promotionsTo deal with customer requests promptly and politelyListen to customer comments and deal with them as appropriate or pass on to a more senior member of staff to ensure prompt follow up action is takenDrive and find newer streams of revenue basis needs and opportunityTo ensure portion control, correct preparation and storage methods avoid wastage and keep down costsAdherence to standard recipes.

Plan and cost weekly menus, special events and hospitality requests ensuring that they achieve and maintain budgeted food costs if centrally driven offers are not availableEnsure all ordering is carried out using nominated suppliers, stock is maintained at appropriate levels Ensure weekly stocktaking is carried out.

Ensure Customer satisfaction through survey and minimum escalation of customer complaintsDaily feedback monitoring and the action plansAchieving profitability through driving maximum participation of customers on the siteTight control on Food cost and other consumablesAll purchasing compliance is achievedAbility to understand the business, profit and loss figures and planning the menu ensuring to achieve the profitability with minimum wastagePersonal Attributes : Ø Bachelor or diploma in hotel managementØ Atleast 10-11 yrs of total experienceØ Relevant industry experience preferred large convention hotel, handling of multiple units, manufacturing kitchens,Ø HSEQ (Health, safety, environment and quality knowledge)Ø Should have managed large teams and operationsØ In-depth understanding of food from different states of IndiaØ Understanding of HACCP / FSSMSØ Entrepreneurial drive would be preferredØ Seller qualitiesØ Creative, innovative within limited resourcesØ Somebody who can handle pressure situations,Ø Extremely good in planning and organizingØ Clarity of thought and being able to expressØ LeadershipØ Travelling to various sites upto 60%Ø Supply chain understandingØ Vendor management skillsØ Can take people alongØ Demonstrate innovation in food planning and menu developmentØ Passion about food and customer serviceØ Knowledge of working to a budgetØ Food Hygiene CertificateØ Hands on experience in MS office, excel, good in numbersØ Excellent client handling skills
