**We are seeking an VP, Investment Sales Manager to join our Investments team.**
The VP, Investment Sales Manager plays a lead role developing and expanding relationships with credit unions and generate fee income, through selling of Corporate Ones portfolio of Investment and Funding products and services. This position is also responsible for leading and developing a team of investment sales professionals to ensure the department meets and/or exceeds investment product sales goals and business objectives.

**What Youll Do:**
* Develop and oversee department and individual sales goals, business plans, and outgoing calling program to retain and expand existing client relationships while ensuring the investment sales staff also expands the business to new clients. Responsible and accountable for the sales strategic plan, budget, performance and results of the team.
* Build a pipeline of prospects and develops a sales strategy, based on trends in the industry, regulatory changes, and client investment strategy. Maintain up-to-date familiarity with credit unions current investment portfolio to ensure optimum marketing potential and generates leads for sales of correspondent services to credit unions.
* Coach investment sales staff to effectively recommend investment products and strategies to member credit unions by discussing and analyzing current and future market trends.
* Develop strategy to retain maturing liabilities and grow deposit base while assisting the other investment sales representatives to develop similar strategies.
* Travel both regionally and nationally on regular basis to meet individually with both prospective and existing credit union managers/executives. Attends chapter meetings, seminars, and other appropriate forums and meets one?on?one with select credit union managers/CEOs to discuss investment instruments and Corporate One products and services. Make appropriate investment presentations to credit union chapters, boards of directors, and managers, as requested.
* Leverage market data to establish investment sales goals and constructs commission schedules that are consistent with the companys strategic initiatives. Deliver periodic reports to senior leadership with accurate pipeline information and forecasted new business closings.
**Desired Qualifications:**
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* Minimum of 10 years related progressive experience in business and/or investments.
* Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred. Two years supervisory experience is preferred.
* Knowledge of selling, relationship building, and business relationship maintenance techniques are required.
* Knowledge of all types of money market instruments.
* Knowledge of financial institution investment portfolios preferred.
* Excellent written, oral, and influential communication skills.
* Ability to travel 50% - 70% of the time.
