Alexandria LaunchLabs is the premiere startup platform designed to satisfy a key unmet need for space for seed-stage life science and agri-food tech companies in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. Alexandria LaunchLabs provides move-in-ready laboratory/greenhouse/office space, first-class support resources, shared equipment and services, creative amenities and startup capital all of which are critical for dramatically accelerating the growth of seed-stage companies in the Triangle.
We are seeking a Campus Concierge for the campuses in the Research Triangle. This individuals primary responsibility is to be the main point of contact for all members and tenants, and support all business-related matters across the campus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for all members and tenants of Alexandrias premier multi-tenant agtech and life science campuses.
* Interface with Asset Services and Building Engineers on campus improvements and repairs.
* Assist the Alexandria team and tenant/members in all business-related matters.
* Responsible for new company onboarding processes, member/tenant welcome packages, access control (security), visitor access, and guest registration.
* Manage the campus intranet platform, including company profiles, events calendar, campus communications, etc.
* Facilitate requests from member companies and tenants on the intranet and in the Angus workorder system.
* Order, maintain, and organize all office and pantry supplies.
* Provide budget planning support and Nexus Payables invoice management.
* Assist the Site Head in the planning and execution of strategic campus programming events.
* Act as regional point person for national programming platform and assist with regional thought leadership events.
* Manage Conference Center use and IT/AV meeting requirements.
* Work with the Research Triangle regional team to coordinate member applications, licensing, and company changes.
* Maintain, track and manage service contracts and certificates of insurance for all tenant/members, vendors and contractors.
* Assist the Laboratory Operations Manager in procurement, routine laboratory inspections and vendor relations.
* Develop contact lists and maintain regional outlook contacts database.
* Organize Alexandria team events and meetings.
Qualifications and Experience:
* 3+ years of experience working in a science-related organization, preferably in a collaborative or shared working environment.
* Bachelors degree required.
* Previous work experience in events or hospitality.
* Possess a general interest in agtech or life sciences.
* Client focused attitude a must.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with individuals at all levels, provide guidance, and great customer service.
* Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
