Job Description:
The University of Maryland's Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation (LSAMP) Program is seeking an hourly graduate administrative assistant (10-20 hours per week) to support LSAMP grant programs and activities for the 2023-2024 academic year.
* Track LSAMP Bridge students (e.g. academic progress, scheduling) using Advise on the Web and SIS
* Update & maintain LSAMP student databases
* Provide support and guidance to Bridge students
* Collect, organize, and input data for grant reporting
* Administrative duties (e.g. organizing community events, coordinating catering and transportation services, scheduling appointments and interviews for summer program staff)
* Assist in the recruitment of participants for incoming cohort, peer mentors, and summer graduate assistant.
* Other duties as assigned
