Are you ready to embark on a dynamic career journey in the heart of Santa Monica, CA? We're currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Clinical Logistics Coordinator. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely three days a week, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life seamlessly. Position: Coordinator, Clinical Operations, Logistics (Contractor) Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, remote options available) Your Role in a Nutshell: As our Clinical Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the orchestrator of investigational product cell journey logistics, ensuring the smooth flow of processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll be a pivotal part of the study management team, reporting to the Clinical Operations Logistics Manager. Responsibilities: Take charge of arranging product cell journey logistics, handling transport legs, customs, courier, and broker interactions. Effectively communicate study enrollment requirements related to the cell journey. Contribute your expertise as a key member of Clinical Trial study teams. Drive the cell journey for assigned primary and backup studies. Collaborate with Contract Research Organizations to facilitate the cell journey. Engage with investigational site medical personnel. Safeguard product chain of identity and chain of custody. Be a part of the 24/7 on-call response program. Provide valuable training at study trial meetings when required. Keep track and prepare cell journey information using databases, spreadsheets, and other tools. Utilize vendor/supplier systems to place relevant orders. Work closely with Technical Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments to facilitate the clinical product cell journey. Arrange meetings, agendas, and minutes. Be ready for travel as needed. Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant clinical or logistics experience. OR 2+ years of relevant clinical or logistics experience with a BS/BA. OR fresh out of school with a go-getter attitude and an MS/MA. Preferred Qualifications: Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Agile change control management is a plus. Familiarity with courier services and CRM/ERP systems. Knowledge of domestic and international logistics/transport of biologic material (IATA, ICAO, ADR, DOT, WHO). Understanding of biological tissue transportation and logistics. Required Experience: 2-5 years Top 3 Required Skills: Logistics background Clinical trial experience Ability to be on call when needed Top 3 Nice-to-Have Skills: Comparator drug sourcing Demand planning IT experience Unique Selling Points of this Role: Opportunity to work closely with clinical trial sites and manage patients' cell journey for treatment. Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $ 25.00 Per Hour
