• Prior experience in shortlisting Universities based on Course, Rankings, Specialization, location preference, and financial ability of the student / parent.
• 3-6 years of experience in counseling students
• Passion for helping students and giving them impartial and honest advice on studying abroad
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must - written and verbal
• MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills
• Prior experience in counseling students is a must. Preferably from the Study abroad sector.
• Maintain good record-keeping at all times in the CRM
• Give talks / presentations on behalf of the company in the webinars / seminars and virtual counseling to students via Zoom and Google meet
• Providing students with accurate and clear information as well as answering all inquiries from students
• Have a willingness to work flexibly and to adjust working hours to suit the needs of the companyEssential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
• Educated to Degree standard
• A minimum of 2 year's experience of working in the higher education student recruitment industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in dealing directly with a wide variety of people including some students, parents, education agents, and institutions.
• Ability to make connections and good networking skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team player, with a high level of initiative and professionalism.
• Ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
