Job Description:
Role Brief : HR Transitions need a candidate with good HR, business understanding and detail oriented approach combined with collaborative working style.
This role requires liaising with Sales, Presales, Solution Teams, SMEs and other internal HR stakeholders to respond to RFP and bids.
This team works with representatives from various support functions, which contribute to the business team, in their client and company acquisitions.
Required Experience : 8+ years with at least 3+ years in People Transitions RoleRequired Qualification : PGDM / MBA with specialization in HR preferredSkills Required : Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)Good knowledge of MS excel & Power PointAbility to multi-taskAbility to front end clients.
Ability to work with multi-site & cross-functional teamsExposure to global C&B areas would be an added advantageA confident personality with prior experience in client interactions
