We are looking for a Material Handler to operate out of our Bethel, PA location, reporting to Plant Manager. We are looking for a Material Handler that is responsible for sourcing, screening and submitting talent after thorough review to hiring manager and/or team Managing slate of requisitions from a Full Life Cycle prospective (FLC) in a flexible environment. Will be accountable for capturing metrics from Intake throughout TTF. Job responsibilities will also include passive measures to identify the right talent when needed. Will partner with aspects of HR to include, compensation and benefits, HRBPs and other members of the HR team. This person must understand, model and represent as a true Ambassador, by representation of Pregis to build applicant pools, liaison to candidate and Pregis, establish trust and partnerships with the managers, identify potential fit through effective interviewing and assessing. Effectively administer the interviewing process and ensure a positive new hire experience. Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies are primary responsibilities to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent. * High School education or higher education is preferred.
* Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles/forklift, work safely, efficiently.
* Familiar with computers to accurately enter shipping documentation.
* Work accurately to assure quality product is shipped in a timely fashion.
* Acc urately complete all shipping documentation and tracking
