As the Real Estate Manager, you will be a TriStar Division designated corporate real estate representative to support TriStar Division and Hospital operations management with planning and executing real estate transactions for all enterprise initiatives including Hospitals, FSEDs, urgent care, medical office buildings and ASC. You will work with hospital personnel on various property issues including title, easements, zoning, etc. You will be responsible for operations and financial performance of our Medical Office Building Property Management Initiative for the TriStar Division markets. This job involves communication with third party property managers, interface with various HCA corporate departments as well as Division management teams and Hospital administration. You will be expected to consolidate lease compliance reporting as well as review and approve all lease transactions that fall outside of Standard Business Lease terms.
You will oversee all lease negotiations in TriStar Division that involve a 3rd party physician as well as other lease transactions as assigned. You will be expected to make sure every lease transaction meets all criteria of Stark, Anti-kickback, and HCAs Corporate Integrity Agreement. Review all HCA tenant leases within the assigned territory prior to seeking Real Estate VPs signature. You will provide oversight and resolution of compliance issues that have been identified.
Job Responsibilities will include:
Candidate must be highly organized, self motivated and have a proven track record of managing numerous projects simultaneously to successful completion.
Must be very responsive to communication with many constituencies (i.e. Hospital CEOs, Division Presidents and Group Presidents, and many Internal Company Departments).
Must have broad market knowledge and ethical negotiating skills.
An extensive knowledge base of the TriStar Division portfolio is imperative.
