The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive, self-directed support to the President / CEO, Board of Directors, and other Senior Leaders by anticipating needs, thinking critically, and offering solutions with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality that is reflective of the position of the CEO. Serves as right hand to the CEO, including but not limited to daily anticipation of CEO's activities. Arranges and handles all logistics for Board meetings and events, including, but not limited to, scheduling meetings; drafting agendas, developing, compiling, and distributing presentation materials; and recording minutes on behalf of Board Secretary.

This is a Full-Time position with an excellent benefit package with paid time off and mileage reimbursement.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor of Science degree in business or similar field required.

Experience:

Significant (5+ years) executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives. Nonprofit board experience highly preferred. Expert proficiency in coordinating, scheduling, and conducting hybrid (virtual and in-person) high level meetings. Expert proficiency in MS Office, including Power Point with ability to design and edit presentations and materials. Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills related to basic IT support/troubleshooting.
