Established solar & roofing organization is seeking an organized and motivated Roofing Field Project Manager for our Roofing department. Under the general direction of the RVP, the Roofing Field Project Manager performs a wide variety of operations duties. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and genuine care to his/her work craft. Most importantly the ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high level of business ethics.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with employees and subcontractors to provide jobspecifications
Coordinate with office admin and subcontractors to schedule customer jobs
Ensure subcontractors are performing work to meet our company's standards
Manage jobs within provided budget and track overall job probability
Maintain Installation Calendar, coordinate crews and deliveries to ensure atimelyinstall
Visitjobsin progressand ensure customer satisfaction
Respondto roofingproject emergencies (leaks,damages,and urgentcustomer concerns)
Monitor roof installation to manufacturer specifications,contract terms,andour company's Safety Standards

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Valid drivers license and ability to obtain driver clearance at Semper required
Minimum of 3 years experience working in construction management
Minimum of 3 years experience working the roofing industry
Abilityto set expectationsand service customers throughprojectcompletion
Strongverbal communication skills with both internal and external customers
Knowledgeof roofingcodes,regulations,and manufacturer specifications
Abilityto diagnoseinstallation errors and recommend corrective action
Must demonstrate a highsense of urgency
Strong time management capabilities and ability to navigate logistics of region

Physical Requirement:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative standards.
Abilityto maintain regular,punctual attendance consistent withtheADA,FMLAand other federal,state,and local standards
Mustbeable toremain in a stationarypositionfor longperiodsof time
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
