**Job Description**

**Position: Customer Service Executive**

Salary: Agreement

**1/ General duties/ responsibilities:**

* Take care of our customers via the companys website and support channels

* Manage and operate one of the support channels

* Support and manage the PHL agents team

* Other tasks assigned by the Manager

**2/ Requirements:**

* At least 1 year of equivalent experience **.**

* High professionalism and discretion.

* Graduating in English language will be highly valued.

* English: equivalent 6.0 IELTS.

* Interested in US-UK culture.
